Kamo (Nattapol Komalarajun) is a Bangkok-based illustrator and doodle artist currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communication Design at Chulalongkorn University. He began drawing from a very young age and was encouraged to explore creative opportunities and develop his artistic voice across different platforms and experiences.
His early works were first documented through a personal blog, created with the help of his mother, who was sharing his drawings when he was 3 years old. She helped translate his ideas into written articles, often shaping them closely around what he expressed at the time. This early documentation became an important foundation for his practice, allowing his work to be shared, reflected upon, and developed over time.
Kamo’s artistic journey started as early as nine years old, when he first performed live portrait drawings at a street art market. Over time, he began sharing his work online and built a collective of drawings that eventually became a blog and later social media accounts, helping him gain visibility and connect with a wider creative community.
Since then, Kamo has expanded his practice far beyond traditional doodles. While his signature style remains rooted in expressive hand-drawn illustrations, his work now spans multiple media, including murals, digital and NFT (non-fungible token) art, animated shorts, key visuals, product designs, and public commissions. Kamo has collaborated with national and international brands such as Samsung, Yamaha, Siam Commercial Bank, and PTT, working across book covers, merchandise, video wall mappings, animated visuals, and live mural paintings in public spaces.
One of his early career highlights includes participation in significant exhibitions like Future Shapes: Doodle Art Exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Bangkok (MOCA), where his large-scale doodle works were featured alongside emerging artists from across Thailand.

Kamo’s creative range also extends into animation. His first animated short film, A Roadside Story, created during his student years, received a total of nine international recognitions, including awards in the United Kingdom (Best Film, University of East London Animation Awards), Canada, Spain (Young Filmmaker Award, 9th Prime the Animation! New Talent International Festival), Greece (International Section Winner, Category B (Ages 13–17), 21st Camera Zizanio), and Thailand (Top 10 Best Animations Award, 6th Thailand Animator Festival).

In addition to commissioned and gallery works, he also shares his practice through workshops for young artists, advocating the belief that there is no right or wrong in art, that everyone’s creativity has inherent beauty and deserves expression.
His artistic process continues to evolve, balancing playful spontaneity with intentional visual exploration. Whether working on walls, digital screens, or animation, Kamo’s distinctive doodle style creates worlds that are lively, imaginative, and deeply expressive, reflecting a belief that creativity should be joyful, accessible, and unbounded.
Kamo’s creative journey shows how his passion and personality grow into versatile practices and media forms, allowing him to express the strongest version of his work.
